Just Dance!

It's HOMECOMING time and Lynette Daniel, our newest design team member has created a layout that makes you want to dance! She used a simple design she sketched out by only needing 1 main piece of Scrappin' Sports & More Homecoming Paper, and a sliver/scrap of Volleyball paper! 2 pieces of hot pink WorldWin Papers Colormates Cardstock. In photoshop, Lynette desaturated the photo she took of her beautiful daughter Taylor and added a little paint and glitter to her bouquet to match the paper theme color. What pops is a fun Crafters Workshop Template Lynette painted the "dancer" right onto the Homecoming paper. You can just feel the rhythm! For embellishments, Lynette added black Stickles on the "dance" title, "disco sequins" to capture the light, sewed a fun black jute twine twirling stitch down the side and added clever safety pins to make this a rockin' teenage layout!

Homecoming

I know it's a little late, but I finally scrapped some of my daughter's homecoming photos.  The SS&M Title Sports paper made it easy to capture those special moments.  I paper is so beautiful it doesn't need much embellishment.  The paper is a muted blue/grey so it acts as a great neutral background not matter what color the dress or suit!

Belle

Hi, everyone!  I'm loving the new paper lines.  I know that this one was meant for a "prom" theme, but since my kids are still to young to be thinking about proms yet, it made me think of a Disney princess!  And, of course, the photo of us with Belle last year was still waiting to be scrapped.  So, here it is!  I love using my imagination and using the SS&M Papers for something "outside the box" of what they were intended for!  I've got a few more swirling around my mind, too!

Best Friends

This is a layout I created for last year's homecoming.  I may not be invited into the dance but at least it's still okay to take pictures before the dance :)  It's amazing how grown up these Freshman girls look when they are not in pony tails playing sports!!  The newest homecoming paper from the Title Sports is a beautiful blue-grey making it a perfect neutral color for all the colorful dresses.

It is hard to believe that the two girls in these photos are heading off to college in less than a month.   I love that the layout reflects a time of youth and happiness.  The Homecoming paper (#1376) from the Title Sports line made it so easy to pull off a simple & sweet layout to compliment the photos.

Freshman Year Homecoming

It is still unbelievable to me that Victoria is a Freshman this year.  She was very excited to go to Homecoming this year.  I wanted to do a special layout to focus on her hair and dress.  I used the newest line from Scrappin Sports and More...The Sport Is to create this layout.  Here is what I came up with..hope you like it :)
