First High School Win....PRICELESS

I just LOVE sketches and this one from Lucy at My Sketch World was no different.  I choose to replace the two photos with a photo collage I made on my computer to capture my daughters first High School Soccer Win.  I was able to combine some of the Scrappin' Sports & More custom paper with some from the Down on the Farm Line to make a perfect match to our school colors.  What are you going to create with Lucy's sketch?  Remember, you just have to link your layout to our blog and you could win the Entire Calender Line.

Journaling:

February brings us a lot of birthdays - mine, Seth's, both of my parents, Angi & Lance. We found out Angi is expecting #4!  Seth's basketball ended and baseball began.  Seth is still doing Speedstacks at school.  Seth's 9th birthday party was at Action Go-Karts with Peyton, Michael & Rudy.  And just a few great photos of Rick & Seth, Seth & Oswald and Seth with Legos.

Journaling:
January 2010
brought us warmer temps without any snow! We spent a lot of time with Seth's basketball; I started exercising six days a week again; Seth received a buzz cut because the gal at Floyd's didn't listen to Rick; Rick & I celebrated our 13th wedding anniversary; Rick & Seth shot their BB guns; we played lots of games, puzzles and of course with Legos! January was a nice calm month - a great way to start 2010!

The highlight of January was the trip to Anaheim for CHA. I loved hanging out with Sherry, Brenna, Robert, Robyn & Carla. I got to meet some online friends too – Christine and Tanisha to name a few! It was fun seeing my art up in a few places and meeting all the great people who run the DT’s. Tons of fun!

Project 12 Layout Week at Scrappin' Sports & More

Monthly Sketch Challenge

Welcome to our monthly sketch challenge! This is a new feature for us here at

Scrappin' Sports & More and we couldn't be more excited! Your first sketch was created with hearts with Valentine's Day just around the corner, but those embellishments can be replaced with anything! I love the flexibility of a sketch --- use it all and work from it exactly or go with the basic shape and shape it to be your own!
